I am an experienced Psychotherapist offering talking therapy to those seeking help in life. I draw on understandings of how the past can impact the present to help people develop more self awareness which often leads to more freedom and enjoyment in life and relationships. I provide an empathic, supportive relationship where you can explore this possibility.
Sessions are collaborative and I encourage you to connect with your experiences and feelings. I am present with you listening, observing and will share things I notice and understand about your situation. The sessions are guided by what's happening for you currently and understood in relation to how previous experiences may be impacting on the present.
I have spent 20 years in the NHS and understand the challenges there can be around health and well-being and opening up about very personal concerns.
