Hi, I am a qualified therapist and accredited member of the BACP. I offer psychotherapy and counselling to adults online and face to face in Feniton, Devon. I work with individuals and couples. We live such busy, hectic lives that we rarely have time to stop and consider our choices. Therapy is a chance to stop and take that time. I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for us to work together, to give you the time, space and support to explore challenges you may be experiencing and make the changes you want.
We can all struggle with life and at times we need some extra support. Therapy can help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings. I work from a private office in Feniton, in a confidential and safe space where you can relax and together we are able to work on the issues you are finding challenging. These include, but are not limited to; stress, anxiety
I work with adults aged 18+. Sessions last one hour and the cost is £55 per individual and £65 for couples. During the first session we can discuss the issues that are challenging you at the moment and together decide a time frame for the therapy. I see people face-to-face and also online via Zoom. I have a cancellation policy of 48 hours.
