I can offer assistance for a range of issues by providing a safe space and an open and honest relationship to support you to look a little deeper into what is going on for you and process your thoughts and feelings. In this way you can work towards growth, healing and change. Please be aware that you need to be willing to do the work, I can't do it for you!
I am an Integrative Counsellor, which means that have learnt a range of approaches and interventions and am able to tailor the work to you as an individual. I am trauma informed and recognise that there may be physical issues that connect to traumatic experience. I can equip you with a tool box to help yourself with your stress and pain.
