Hi, I'm Lisa and I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic counsellor and life coach. I have been working within mental and emotional health for over 10 years. I am a person-centred counsellor which means you are at the centre of any work that we do together. I have done various extra training, which enables me to add various tools and techniques from other modalities to my work.
Counselling can help you with your mental and emotional wellbeing which aids you to work and process difficult life events. It also supports you with self-development and learning new ways of approaching situations that you find difficult. I work with you on coping strategies and self-care to help build up your resilience, which supports you long term.
I am based in a beautiful country park. This gives me the opportunity to offer Ecotherapy. This is a form of counselling that takes place outside, either sitting in a quiet spot within the park or 'walking and talking'. This a great opportunity to embrace the outdoors or connect with nature whilst having your counselling.
