Many couples face difficulties in their relationship at some time or other, and this can often be a stressful experience, leaving one or both partners feeling hurt, lonely or rejected. Relationship counselling can help you re-connect with each other, reduce conflict in the relationship, and regain the closeness and intimacy you once had.
As a Relate trained counsellor, I can help you move from feeling stuck, to being more understanding of each other. I specialise in working with couples where one or both partners are on the autism spectrum (or Asperger's Syndrome). It is not a requirement for the counselling to have a formal diagnosis.
