Are you feeling stuck, unhappy in life or unfulfilled. Do you need time and space to voice whats on your mind, the challenges you're facing or the emotional weight you're carrying? Counselling can help. I work with young people and adults to help navigate life’s challenges. My experience is within the NHS as a youth counsellor. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for you to talk, helping you explore your thoughts and feelings so you can develop a better understanding of yourself and of others. Having experienced a difficult childhood myself I understand how important it is to get the right support.
I work in a Person-Centred way, meaning I will try to understand from your perspective, I'll walk alongside you and support you to find your own solutions. I identify re-occurring patterns that may not be in your awareness and explore these together. I feel that we all hold the tools we need, sometimes we need support to locate these to move forwards.
Building a warm and empathic and offer a non-judgemental, safe and therapeutic space for whatever you choose to bring to counselling. My aim is to support you through the process without judgement and empower you to discover solutions in a therapeutic environment.
