My training has given me the scientific knowledge founded in psychology to understand human behaviour combined with counselling skills to facilitate change. There are numerous therapeutic approaches but I strongly believe that there is no one 'right' approach, which is why I integrate several evidence-based theories to what might be best suited to you.
