I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, low self esteem and grief&loss within different settings, including Education, Hospice and Private Practice on a one to one basis. I work from a Person Centered perspective in addition to using other therapeutic interventions to suit your needs so that change is possible.
