My name is Lisa Baum and I am an Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist working in Peckham. I offer a space that is warm, respectful and empathetic. Sharing what's going on for you can be a relief. I will listen to you carefully, provide honest observations and feedback, and ask questions to gently guide your exploration. This process will offer you new perspectives and new ways of thinking, feeling and being.
We all experience difficulties in our lives at some point, and counselling and psychotherapy provide a confidential, non-judgemental space to explore these experiences. Exploring your thoughts and feelings with another enables a deeper level of awareness and connection with yourself and others, helping take stock and enabling a richer life.
Each person is unique. As an Integrative therapist I offer a flexible and creative approach for everyone I work with. I draw upon various approaches such as psychodynamic, humanistic and body psychotherapy. The relationship between us will be a unique and important part of our work.
