Life can be challenging and at times we may not have the capacity to deal with everything going on. I have created the garden room in Launton, the village I live in, where the outdoors comes in to promote healing. Private and overlooking its own garden, it’s a peaceful space within which to work through what is troubling you at this time.
I offer a warm welcome. A calm space to be in. I am a Person Centred Counsellor which means I listen and gain empathy for what is going on for you. I will support you as you explore what is troubling you and find a way to move forward, at a pace you are comfortable with.
It can be scary to reach out and ask for help and support. I am here to reassure you and talk you through how I work and find out what you need from counselling. We’ll find a way to work together which is safe whilst helping you to feel supported and in control.
