I’m a Clinical Psychologist and a CBT therapist and and EMDR consultant. I provide a variety of interventions including EMDR therapy for trauma, CBT for anxiety, stress and depression. I have 15 years experience working with clients within the NHS and in my private practise in addressing presenting problems in a collaborative way. I have extensive supervision training in variety of modalities. I'm an accredited Emdr Consultant and provide supervision to professionals and services. I charge £110 to £120 per session depending on the interventions.
I offer NICE guidelines interventions such as EMDR and CBT for trauma, anxiety and stress. I treat depression, grief and anxiety disorders such as Panic, Anxiety, OCD, Health Anxiety, Phobias and Social anxiety. I draw upon a variety of interventions to support my clients to make sense of their problems, reduce distress and promote wellbeing.
I offer a variety of interventions working towards goals agreed in collaboration with my clients to ensure they find ways to understand and manage their difficulties in a supportive and confidential environment.
