Specialising in helping people to recover from traumatic life experiences, find relief from anxiety and depression, with bottom up, integrative Sensorimotor Art therapy modality, which helps you access the wisdom of the unconscious mind.

We all have inside of us an intelligent wisdom for healing our troubled mind.
