I offer counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and family. My counselling offer is aimed at relief of immediate challenging issues that are often associated with particular transitions in life like problem management,to working with the client towards deeper changes to their sense of self and how they view the world with themselves in it.
Taking that first step to therapy can be difficult and I understand that, it is your first step to been brave in getting support. I will walk on the therapeutic journey with you on a pace that suits you, providing you with a safe and confidential space that allows you to have a voice, be seen and heard.
