Unanticipated experiences and changes often challenge the way we navigate life; unplanned pregnancy, neurodiverse diagnosis of ourselves or our children, experiencing abuse, painful divorce, debt, being bullied at work, redundancy, needing to care for our loved ones early on or later in life and losing them are some experiences that will require navigation. These changes can be traumatic, create a great deal of stress, isolation, anxiety and depression at a time when we need to see things clearly and make choices that suit us but we often feel unable to because of its impact on others. You want to but something is stopping you.
I can help you navigate these life transitions, being an Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor. I'll offer you a trauma-informed safe space to talk about the past, consider your loss and pain without judgement. You'll explore your feelings now finding some acceptance. You'll learn tools through psychoeducation to make a positive step forward. Its your future!
