My name is Lianne Gilmour and I have been practising as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor since 2016. My working style is Integrative and Relational, whereby I draw on many theories and techniques, whilst holding our working relationship at the fore. Our work will be a collaboration and I will check in with you to make sure the therapy and I, am meeting your therapeutic needs. I am down to earth, practically minded and passionate about doing the work.

I have undertaken CPD trainings around Addiction, Shame, Grief and Diversity. I am passionate about working in a trauma-informed way. This means that we will work with your self-regulation in the room, to contain any overwhelm, keep you in control and stay safe with your story.

I bring my own varied experience, along with the skills I have learned in my formal training to my work. This enables me to be with you in your healing journey in a compassionate, empathic and ethical way.
