Hello and welcome to my page. Sometimes our problems can seem overwhelming and out of control. We may experience unhelpful thinking and act in ways that may be out of character. The hardest part can be reaching out and asking for help. The good news is counselling can benefit so many. I know from personal experience that talking therapy can have positive, long lasting effects. I offer online and sessions in nature.
I will work with you to establish goals and help you gain awareness of your thoughts, emotions and needs. Using the CBT framework we will look at how your thoughts, emotions and behaviour are all interlinked. Together we will use various tools and techniques that will help you feel better now and in the future.
The most important part of counselling is the relationship with the therapist. I offer a warm, compassionate space for you to really open up. I ensure my clients are heard, understood and valued.
