I work on a weekly basis from my home or online. I work with individual adults on a one to one basis. I offer a space free of judgement where you are put at the centre of all that we do. The process is lead by you and I join you alongside your journey, never leading, but following alongside you.
I am an NCS accredited, insured Psychotherapist offering one to one counselling for individual adults. I work in a person-centred way, always putting you and your best interests at the core of the sessions, alongside a humanistic and pluralistic approach to suit you. I also have an interest in working with LGBTQIA issues.
