I am an accredited BACP therapist and I have delivered almost 3,000 counselling sessions both face to face and remotely, mostly in my capacity as NHS counsellor. I work in English and Italian with individuals aged 18 and over. Because of my professional background (I was a teacher before training as a therapist), personal experience and training, I specialise in depression, counselling for education professionals, and mindfulness-based therapy. I offer a safe and comforting therapeutic environment where emotional discomfort can be heard, held and healed. I also offer telephone and outdoor therapy.
