My clients come to me looking for help with a range of difficulties from self-exploration, improving mood, or healing past traumas. I work with conditions such as anxiety, depression, OCD, adjustment to disability, loss, fertility issues and trauma. I also work with clients who may be wanting to improve relationships, a change in their work-life balance, or are struggling with a sense of purpose and meaning.
I am a Chartered Clinical Psychology. I have trained in a range of therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, EMDR and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I use these models in an integrative way to best meet the needs of each individual I am working with.
I use an empathic and non-judgemental integrative approach to offer tailored formulation and treatment, based on the individual client and their needs. I understand how difficult the first step can be and I want you to know I am here to listen.
