Often, experiencing low self esteem and anxiety brings feelings of worthlessness, vulnerability and despair. These feelings can impact negatively on day to day life. My aim is to help you explore your feelings and behaviours, giving you a better understanding of the roots of these emotions and how to overcome them. I have a positive and compassionate approach, focusing on your strengths and your ability to achieve your goals. We will always work at your pace in a safe and ethical way. I offer sessions via Zoom which gives you the freedom to access counselling from a familiar and comfortable place, without the need to travel.

I believe that everybody has the ability to reach their full potential. My empathy and compassion together with my training and experience allows me to help each client in the most appropriate way suited to them and their needs. I offer a safe, supportive space for you to work towards your positive outcome, recognising your value and your ability to succeed.
