Hiya, I’m Lennie. Let me ask you this… how often do you wish your life was different? It’s hard to begin the change, which is why I want to help. I specialise in working with teenagers, but I also love to support their parents and teachers. Your life with family and friends should be enjoyed, not full of worry and uncomfortable feelings. Plus, steering clear of your triggers will only cause more roadblocks. Together, we’ll take the steps you’ve been avoiding to create a happy and healthy social life. We’ll gain back your confidence and control your emotions, so you can move forward with pride and a deeper understanding of yourself.
Every day, I work in high schools with people who battle anxiety, anger, relationships and all the other tricky stuff. Through bad days and (a lot of) bad language, mistakes and setbacks may appear, but therapy is by no means a perfect journey. Adolescence is complex, I’m here to listen to you with an open mind.
Life can be amazing, just like life is unpredictable. I want to show you that negative feelings do not have to be your normal.
