I am an HCPC Registered Psychologist who has Chartership with the British Psychological Society (BPS). I received my Doctorate in Forensic Psychology at the University of Birmingham in 2019. I have experiencing working in both the NHS and Private Sector.
I have experience in treating a range of difficulties which include anxiety disorders such as panic attacks, health anxiety, social anxiety, depressive disorders, trauma and PTSD, sleep problems, self-esteem, anger management, substance misuse, stress management and emotion regulation.
