Welcome to my profile and thank you for stopping by. I’m guessing you’re here because you think it might be time to tackle your problems. Having worked therapeutically with people since 1999, I have lots of experience of treating a whole range of issues, and have supported many people to achieve the health and well-being they always dreamed of. Sometimes it’s hard to believe that change is possible, particularly if the problem’s been around for a long time. I’m here to tell you that, with our mutual hard work and dedication, it really is within your reach.
As a clinical psychologist, I’m trained in a range of therapies, so can select and adapt approaches to meet your needs. My clients particularly value Schema Therapy, which offers a wonderfully warm and genuinely caring therapy relationship. Within this, underlying hurt is healed & tricky emotions/unhelpful ways of coping that crop up day-to-day are tackled.
