In times of distress and/or uncertainty we all need to take some time to breathe and try to make sense of what is happening to us. This is not always easy on your own. Sharing your thoughts and feelings with someone who is listening to you, non-judgmental and without pressure can be the space you need to move forward.
I am a qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counseller that works both online and face-to-face (when we are permitted). As a person centred therapist, you will be my focus and you will set the pace for our sessions. I am also able to work with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Transactional Analysis (TA) if appropriate.
I offer a gentle, warm approach to all and would welcome the opportunity to introduce myself and make you feel at ease. I have experience working with children/young people, adults, those with ASD and currently volunteer at a prison for male adults. I currently do not offer couples counselling.
