I am the proud owner and founder of Braver Women, a bespoke therapy and personal coaching company designed exclusively for LGBTQ+ women all over the world who are living with anxiety, childhood trauma, and all the 'not good enough' fears that hold them back from coming out, communicating well, or living as the truest, most relaxed, confident version, of themselves. Most of the women that come to see me have been living with a degree of self doubt all of their lives and the outcome of that, are the problems that they are experiencing to simply 'survive' and get by. It results in them feeling disconnected, worthless and playing small.
I use a detailed, integrated therapeutic approach, with the focus being on client change by actively working with each client, to help them to develop a deep understanding, with a closer examination of what it is they are doing, to contribute to their own problematic pattern which is keeping them feeling 'stuck'. Thus returning power and agency to them.
The beauty of my approach, largely stems from my ability to create a deep rapport with my clients, borne out of my own previous experiences as a gay woman, which are paralleled to theirs. This means I can work quickly and intuitively with them, whilst fostering an ideal healing environment as they feel more comfortable and relaxed to simply be themselves.
