Facing change or loss and allowing yourself to be vulnerable can be daunting. I am committed to supporting you through your journey, providing safety, warmth, empathy and consistent reliable support.
I use an integrative approach with a social psychology lens, drawing from the psychodynamic and existential theories and CBT techniques, to provide a confidential space for you to explore your life experiences and losses, begin to process them, increase self-awareness, insight and understanding as well as coping skills.
My approach is warm, empathic, non-judgemental and respectful. I welcome individuals from all parts of the community, race, religious background, gender and sexuality. We all need compassion, acceptance and support when life or circumstances become difficult. That space is available for you here.
