I work as a Counselling Psychologist, specialising in integrative therapy for mind and body. I received a MSc in Somatics and Dance which is an understanding which complements my applied approaches in psychology. Since qualifying eight years ago, I have continued to work across a variety of settings ranging from community, inpatient and secondary care services. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults, using all of my training and experience to offer individualised care.
What do I offer? I offer talking therapy to help with diverse issues. I mainly draw on humanistic and third-wave Cognitive Behavioural CBT. I also offer EMDR to help people overcome stuck traumas and emotional experiences.
Being human and being on the journey to healing, wholeness myself; I understand the importance of having regular therapy and support. My personal experiences of therapy help me know what it is like to sit in the client's chair and due to this, I aim to provide a warm and non-judgemental space for you to see yourself in a true and authentic way.
