My approach is integrative and holistic, drawing from a wide range of theories. I use creative action methods besides talking therapy, to explore your challenges in a safe and supportive space – for short, medium, or long-term individual therapy. I work with a wide variety of concerns - depression, anxiety, childhood issues, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, parenting, grief, addictions, psychiatric diagnoses, or personal growth.
