My name is Laura and I am a person centred, integrative counsellor, therapeutic coach & mindfulness practitioner. I am a registered member with the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy). My approach to counselling is that the client has the answers within and therefore I offer a listening ear, empathy and a non judgemental environment.
I provide a warm and welcoming, safe space where you can feel truly seen and heard. I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation so we can explore the possibility of working together. I offer individual therapy and also work with couples and within family dynamics. I have availability for sessions weekday daytimes and Saturday mornings.
