At heart, I am a personal centred counsellor, meaning that you are truly at the core of my work. My holistic style is different to that of the clinical practitioner but I feel it brings a certain warmth and calmness that I believe is crucial for successful therapy. My clients come to me for a variety of reasons, but they all have one thing in common, and that's what they want - change. You may not know what that change is or how to make that change, but I will provide a space for us to explore this and work together to find out.
My passion is supporting my clients in a holistic way as counselling allows exploration of thoughts, feelings and behaviours which can aid healing where reiki stimulates self-healing through mind, body and spirit and together work harmoniously to provide complete support.
We all hold the inner strength and ability to grow as individuals but sometimes life’s challenges obstruct our path or there may be things from the past that hold us back. I can provide a calm, safe and non-judgemental space where together, we can explore these areas, work towards your goals and empower you to make those positive changes in your life.
