Whatever's going for you, I'm here to help; you can talk to me about anything that is going on in your life. I'll be with you through these thoughts and feelings; working together we can face these things in the way that is right for you.

I know that starting counselling can be nerve wracking, especially if it's a new experience for you or if your pot of energy feels nearly empty. Together we will take things at the speed that is right for you, to help you to feel like you again.

To get started, we can either have a quick chat on the phone , or you can book your first session to discuss whats going on for you and how I can help. We can work together when it's good for you, whether that's weekly, fortnightly, monthly or a just a one off session.
