I help couples improve their communication skills and re-connect on emotional and physical levels. My focus in couple's work is creating a nourishing, enjoyable and meaningful relationship. In individual therapy, I also work with wide variety of issues - stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, phobias, anger-management, self-harm.
Counselling will offer you a safe space to talk about your issues and I will provide you with unconditional regard and a confidential, non-judgemental approach to discuss whatever aspects of your life you feel need help in bringing out.
