Welcome to KvLS Mental Health Support! We are dedicated to promoting good mental health and wellbeing for people in the Southampton area and beyond. Situated at Royal Mail House, near Oxford Street in the city centre of Southampton, we provide a range of services and resources to help you overcome mental health challenges and improve your overall quality of life. We aim to inspire you to shape your emotional perspective into a healthy and effective one, enabling you to foster a better understanding of yourself.
Whether you encounter problems and obstacles in your daily life, career, overall productivity, relationships or anything else that’s important to you, we will support you to develop habits and skills to effectively deal with the challenges and emotional moments you are experiencing.
Our low-cost counselling fee is a self-select fee from £25 per session - no questions asked or any proof needed.
