The pace of the therapy is attuned to individual client needs and experiences.
I have a specialist interest in working with survivors of abuse, violence and human-trafficking. I believe that with the right support even the most traumatic of circumstances can be overcome and my clients can move forward and be deeply fulfilled in their lives.
My aim is for my clients to feel genuinely empowered to bring the positive changes to their lives and fully take their space in the therapy room and beyond.
