As your counsellor, my role is to help you change the circumstances in your life that have become obstacles to living a fulfilling life. We will focus on improving these difficulties that hold you back in life. I believe counselling can help people improve their relationships and strengthen their skills and personalities. My passion is to help people overcome their problems and live a satisfying life.
Coming to therapy and opening up can be a challenging decision to make. Yet, it is important to stop any problems fester and prevent them from taking control over your relationships and life. I value this decision and provide a secure environment where you can feel listened to and accepted for who you are.
Counselling benefits people with different problems and different backgrounds. Each person processes challenges in life in a unique way. The goal of our work will be to understand all aspects of yourself, to develop self-compassion, and the freedom to resolve conflicts in new ways.
