I am an integrated counsellor, and my core model is person centered. For me counselling is, to put it plainly, a form of talk therapy. As a counsellor I will be warm, responsive, and non-judgmental to help form a counselling relationship with you. I will always show a genuine interest in you as a unique person in your own right.
