I support children, young people and adults struggling with anxiety, low mood, emotional or behavioural challenges. My expertise extends to working with issues such as depression, low self-esteem, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. As a neurodiversity-affirming practitioner, I have specialised training and experience in assisting neurodivergent individuals across different age groups. I know that the world of counselling can be filled with different approaches and confusing jargon. My aim is to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible for you.
I draw from various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centred therapy and Systemic therapy. What this means for you is that we will work together to find the best approach that suits your your individual needs and goals.
