I am a qualified Person centred therapist and I work in the Oakscross area of Stevenage. I understand that counselling may feel daunting at first but I will provide you with a non-judgemental, compassionate, calm and understanding environment, so you can talk through any issues you have and together we can find solutions. I will facilitate an environment where you feel safe to open up to the issues you may be experiencing. Talking enables you to improve your relationship with self and others, increased self-knowledge, self-esteem and coping strategies, along with better communication and to feel happier with life again.
I will provide a safe and no judgmental environment for you to openly explore issues you wish. There are no issues too big or small to bring to therapy. With my own life experiences and my training i understand how we can often find ourselves in situations that do not fit within our life plan. I have experience in many areas and continue to learn.
There will not be anything that cannot be brought to counselling and we can work through the issues together.
