I am a GP and a psychotherapist. I have many years experience in helping people with a broad range of mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders and self harm. I have a special interest in supporting people with drug and alcohol problems and have expertise in working with people who have experienced abuse and domestic violence.
I understand that starting therapy can feel like embarking on a journey into the unknown. It’s true that we cannot know what we will discover when we start to look inside ourselves. At times this can feel frightening or uncomfortable. I will share this journey with you, at your pace, and create a safe space for you to explore your experiences and emotions.
