I have worked with many different presentations throughout my career in the NHS, Charity sector and HM Prison service. I am a Counselling Psychologist and highly experienced CBT practitioner; holding full accreditation with the BABCP. CBT is the recommended therapy for depression and Anxiety by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) and NHS; rooted in evidence based research. It is a very practical and collaborative approach; effective in treating ill health .
