I am experienced in helping clients with stress and anxiety, LGBT-related issues, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
What I enjoy most about becoming a therapist is assisting others in obtaining the answers they seek via talking Therapy. Another benefit of talking Therapy is that it allows people to focus on promoting their health and well-being rather than reducing the negative impacts of mental health-related issues.
