If you are reading this you may feel stuck, lost, anxious or struggling with unpredicted change. With my passion, support and knowledge you can make positive change. Over 30 years I have expanded my skill, knowledge, training and education to provide you with a therapy centre that provides all therapy under one roof, allowing you to work on yourself while reducing unwanted thoughts, feelings and emotions. I provide a safe space to openly discuss difficult experiences, somewhere for you to share emotions without judgement. Following that I provide coaching session which will allow you to become a happier versions of yourself.
You can learn new skills and have the ability to create positive structure and routine to your day. Both which will allow you to feel, think and function better. I provide two ways of obtaining this change; firstly through one to face sessions and/or via workshops.
