As well as being an accredited Counsellor I have had specialist training in Person centred counselling and Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) which is one of the most effective forms of modern therapy dealing with many issues from depression and anxiety to all phobias, I also qualified to work with survivors of deep trauma such as rape and sexual abuse.
