You may be going through a time of difficulty or distress. Or perhaps there is some dissatisfaction in your life and you have lost a sense of purpose or direction. My aim is to help you reflect on what is troubling you, help you to seek an understanding of what you are experiencing and work with you to explore what options there are at this difficult time. I offer both short-term work (based on 12 sessions) or where appropriate sessions based on an open-ended long-term basis. Currently I do not have availability and am unable to take new bookings until January 2025.
I see people on a one-to-one basis and also work with couples. As a chartered psychologist I have 25 years experience in mental health research having worked at the Institute of Psychiatry and the Tavistock Clinic. I have lectured for over 25 years in clinical psychology and counselling, publishing over 60 articles in the area of psychiatry and psychology.
