Online CBT Group Therapy for Anxiety
This is a group especially for people who experience anxiety and would like to learn a range of self help cognitive behavioural skills to help manage their anxiety. The group meets weekly via webcam on a Monday evening from 7-9pm UK time, the session lasts for 2 hours. Each week builds on the skills covered in the previous week so that all attendees can implement for themselves outside of the therapy group. The group is a continuous one, meaning that you can join and stay for as long as you like and leave when you feel you have benefitted fully.

Online CBT Group for Depression
This group meets once per week for 1.5 hours via webcam. The group is structured and focuses on learning and using a range of CBT techniques in order to help reduce or ideally alleviate depression. Facilitated by Kevin O'Doherty, the course continues all year round depending on demand, people can attend for as long as they want to. Frequent attendance is very important for good progress to be made.
