As an accredited Integrative Psychotherapist with a BSc. in Psychology and an MSc. Integrative Psychotherapy, I’m here to help you navigate any psychological challenges you may be facing. I specialise in trauma and other emotional concerns, including sexual assault, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. The relational-developmental psychotherapy I offer provides a supportive space that is a different experience from your other relationships—this space is 100% yours. Together, we’ll explore what you bring to therapy, tracing the roots of your experiences to better understand and work through them.
I use a blend of theories and therapeutic techniques to gently uncover the root of your present issues. Many current challenges often stem from past incidents.
