Hello, I'm Kerry, an Integrative Psychotherapist offering online psychological therapy services for adults (18+ years). I offer a warm and confidential space where you can feel safe, supported and understood - even when your life is at its most difficult.
My fundamental mission for our therapeutic work together is to explore and make sense of your thoughts and feelings to open up the possibilities for change. Most typically, I work with people who are experiencing a range of challenges including stress, low-mood, anxiety, relationship difficulties, employment changes, loneliness, loss, & health concerns.
Whatever your reasons are for seeking out help, please know they are valid. I also want to acknowledge the anxiety that can arise when deciding to ask for support.
