I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to be supported as you move through difficulty and suffering whether it be emotional pain, anxiety, depression, shame, loneliness or loss. Therapy can also support you to reconnect with what makes you come alive – with wholeness, purpose and meaning. Every part of you is welcome here and there are no subjects that cannot be explored.
Core process is an approach to psychotherapy that is relational and embodied, integrating mindfulness and awareness practices with Western psychotherapeutic approaches. It is working at depth, with an understanding that no matter how difficult your experience might be in this moment, there is a core of you which is already free and whole.
I am a UKCP trainee psychotherapist working towards graduation in Mindfulness-Based Core Process Psychotherapy with the Karuna Institute. This means i offer reduced rates as i am a trainee therapist. If interested in working with me, we would have a free initial session of up to 1 hour to find our more about each other and if we are good fit.
