I specialise and have experience in: chronic pain and chronic health conditions such as Fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, Erythromelalgia and Invisible Disabilities plus anxiety, depression bereavement, loss, domestic abuse, autism and work-related/general stress.
I understand people have personal commitments and may also work shift patterns, so I am flexible with sessions being at different days and different times if needed.
