I have experience supporting individuals in a breadth of presenting issues including trauma, identity issues, self-harm, suicide ideation, low self-esteem, work-related stress, as well as anxiety and depression. Working collaboratively, to aid you towards a deeper level of understanding, offer insights and perspectives, explore strategies and coping mechanisms, and support you to achieve the personal development and growth you desire.
I am an Integrative Therapist; this means I am trained in multiple therapies. This allows me to adapt to your needs and be more available to you. I first and foremost offer empathy, objectivity, and respect. I support individuals to heal, develop self-awareness and build resilience. This can be achieved by providing short term or long- term counselling.
